New from Alter Bridge on the eve of the release of the band's new EP, Walk The Sky 2.0 , which arrives this Friday, the group released the unreleased track "Last Rites," which comes with a lyric video.
The project consists mostly of audio from live performances of the album Walk The Sky , but they decided to include a brand new song for the EP. The track, in fact, reflects the global sentiment of 2020: uncertainty and pessimism about the future, and its composition and production took place during that period. In the lyric video, the animation reinforces the song's message, with a fortune teller and even crystal balls echoing the doubt about humanity's next steps.
